Work, responsibility, physical strain, and the pace of modern living can all be taxing. Over time, these patterns can settle into the body as tension, fatigue, mind chatter, or simply a vague sense that something is slightly off.
An alignment session offers the nervous system a different signal. Through a brief, gentle, hands-on process, a precise sensory input is introduced that interrupts those accumulated stress patterns, allowing the body and mind to shift toward a more regulated, relaxed state.

What to expect
Sessions take place in your home or outdoor space, at a time that works for your schedule: no commute, no waiting room, no stress.
The alignment happens on a specially designed table, similar in size and comfort to a massage table.
We begin with a few simple assessments to see how stress patterns may be showing up as tension in your body. Then comes the alignment itself: a brief, gentle, assisted movement that sends a signal to the brain. Afterward, we repeat the same assessments to note any changes.
Your first visit will take a little longer than subsequent ones as you fill out a short form about your goals and health history before you get on the table. We will also talk more in depth about this work and how it can support you.
Do you have a partner, family member, housemate, or friend who you think might benefit from this work? We offer group discounts and are happy to see multiple people in a single visit.
